By accessing or using this service you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree to any of the following terms, please do not proceed with any orders from Sandbar Co. Product & Content

We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the photos and descriptions of our products, including the applicable colours. The actual colour you see will depend on your device and we cannot guarantee that your device will accurately display such colours. 
All Sandbars are individually handmade. Therefore, each Sandbar may look slightly different. This makes each Sandbar unique.
We may modify the design (including shape and size) of each new release of the Sandbars for improvement. The current design will always be found on the product shopping page of our website, including the name of that specific release of the Sandbar, when you checkout. Therefore, older pictures of a previous release may be found on our website or our social media accounts. If you would like confirmation on which photo is the release you’re purchasing, please email us at info@sandbarco.com.au
 
 
Shipping

You will be provided with tracking details as soon as your order has been sent.
We cannot be held responsible for third-party delays for delivery of your orders. We will make all efforts to communicate any problems, and provide you with an expected delivery date as quickly as possible should any delay occur. 
We cannot be held responsible for third party shipping claims. 
You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.
When an order is placed, it will be shipped to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this website.

Information Accuracy

We do our best to ensure that information on this site is complete, accurate and current. Despite our efforts, however, information on the site may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. 
As a small business, we are constantly refining and changing our products and packaging and make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the photos and descriptions of our products, including the applicable colours. The actual colour you see will depend on your device and we cannot guarantee that your device will accurately display such colours. 
All Sandbar Co’s content, products and prices depicted on this website are subject to change at any time without notice. 
 

Pricing and Payment Terms

Sandbar Co allows buyers to use various forms of payments on sandbarco.com.au which may include: Visa, Debit, Mastercard, Amex and Afterpay.
Any disputes with your bank or Afterpay payments must be made through your provider or Afterpay’s customer service. We are not responsible for inaccurate payment details or missed payments. 
Prices and delivery costs are subject to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent you a dispatch confirmation.
We also offer bank transfer. Please email us if you would like to place an order and we will send you through an invoice with the details.

 

Returns

All sales are final, so please order carefully. Unfortunately, we do not return for change of mind. We do, however, return items with a manufacturing issue (not postage breakage). Please report any damaged item within 48 hours of receiving. Please provide photos and proof of purchase to info@sandbarco.com.au
Please note all items must be unused and have original tags to be accepted as a return. 
All customers are liable and responsible for their returns fee. We suggest using a service that offers tracking and insurance as we are not held responsible for any lost packages.
In an event that we cannot fulfil an order, you will be notified within 48 hours of purchase with a full refund of your payment.
You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.
 
 
Warranties

We currently do not offer any warranties on our products due to the early stages of our business. However, if you have any manufacturing issues with an item purchased on our website please email us with as many details and photos as possible and we can assist to the best of our ability.
Please report any damaged item within 48 hours of receiving. Please provide photos and proof of purchase to info@sandbarco.com.au
If your product faults outside of this 48 hour of receiving window, please also email us to discuss the issues and we will do our best to resolve this problem to the best of our ability as quickly as possible.

 
Limitation of Liability

Sandbar Co and this e-commerce owner will not be responsible for the event of any loss, liability, damage (whether direct, indirect or consequential), personal injury or expense of any nature whatsoever, which may be suffered by the customer. These may be related to personal injury, death, fraudulent misrepresentation, defective items or other product, service or delivery problems.
 

Intellectual Property/Trademarks

The intellectual property of this website includes our designs, branding and imagery. Under no circumstance are our images, logo, photos or any other content found on our website or social media accounts to be used without prior written consent.

The Site and the content on the Site are subject to copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights. These rights are owned by or licensed to Sandbar Co.
